Frenzy

Synopsis

Istanbul in a near future. Kadir is serving a 20-year prison sentence and is offered a reduction – for a price. In exchange, he accepts to help the police track down terrorists and becomes an informer. Once out of prison, Kadir gets in touch with his younger brother Ahmet, employed by city hall to kill the city's stray dogs. But between political chaos and paranoid obsession, the situation turns nasty. The violence surrounding the two brothers and the authorities' pressure leads them into a hellish downward spiral.
